CranioSacral Therapy
In person sessions at 70 Woodfin Place
Last parking lot, side door, second floor
Room 225
Sessions are approximately 90 minutes.
My work is primarily CranioSacral Therapy blended with other modalities:
- CranioSacral Therapy works with gentle energetic holds on the sacrum, spine and cranial bones. This is a bone level energy work where we listen for the bones and tissues to show us how they want to move. This can release deeply held traumas (physical, emotional, and spiritual). Several sessions are recommended.
- Chinese Energy Work and Polarity Therapy techniques bring the principles of CranioSacral Therapy to the meridian system, its acupuncture points, and the soft tissues.
- Stone Medicine brings the vibration of warmed stones to interact with the vibration of our field. Their combinations can be a gentle medicine to anchor what we need, and are based on Chinese Medicinal principles.
This work is good for deep subtle healing over several sessions.
The first session builds trust and opens the door to possibility.
The second reminds us what is possible so we can step through the door.
Additional sessions help us 'lock in' change as our own.
All dis-ease is rooted in spirit. But spiritual work is subtle. People often require sensitivity training in order to feel the movement of spiritual energy as it works on them. So it is common for people to not feel much in a session. And yet one of the things are all looking for is peace. If we listen carefully, we can feel its arrival.

Spiritual Guidance with the I Ching
Online or In Person
These readings use the Classical Method of the I Ching.
- As such the modern conventional practice where a line changes polarity and results in a future hexagram is not used. This follows with the works of Wang Bi, Cheng Yi, Ouyi Zhuxi, Liu Yiming, and resonates with words of the core Zhou Yi text and the explanations found in the ten wings.
These readings also incorporate a spiritual component.
- Divination is a communion with the divine. Whatever that means to you. Part of the reading container involves steps to align with the divine. And as the session unfolds, energetic clearing or intention setting may be utilized as appropriate.
Finding clarity is always the most important work. Forcing a question before finding clarity can lead to confusion. For important questions multiple sessions are advised so that the first session may be used for clearing and preparing the spiritual container. The time between sessions allows our spiritual intent to clarify. This is not necessary for most readings.
It is important to understand that spiritual work is more about process than answers. We join together with some kind of intent, and the spiritual work transforms that intent. When clarity is found, spirit arrives with clear answers. In the mean time we dance within the mystery, doing our work.
