Sebastian was raised in Florida and moved to WNC in 2007 on a journey of inner healing. Discovering the Tao Institute soon after he moved, he began using these tools to find a path through to balance and harmony both within and without.

The art of navigation, and the art of balancing the internal landscape, have become tools Sebastian now shares in his work with others. Learning to discover our blind spots, and awaken to their lessons, we help each other move forward.

Joining each other's paths for a time, in presence and curiosity, we allow openness for what may be, and what is ready.
