Together we join each other's paths for a time and listen for what is ready to change.
Rather than use physical pressure to relieve the body of tension, we find ways to recycle that tension, give it space, help it flow through where it is blocked, and help to realign where it is contributing to imbalance.

Craniosacral Therapy involves listening to how the energy wants to flow through, until it begins to move and unwind all on its own. Working to align the hips, heart, and head, so that one is not contributing to imbalances in the other.

Chinese Massage techniques offer a range of ways to help the qi and blood flow through the body without obstructions. Some techniques nourish the space around the tension with love, some push it through along the meridian pathways. Some vibrate and release stagnation through gently allowing the fascial planes to dissolve their adhesions and some nourish the qi deeply with warmth, tingling, and movement.

Sinew Releases help to free blocked and tense areas that even bodywork fails to get to adequately. You yourself push into the tension patterns while simultaneously engaging the muscles against a counterpressure that I facilitate, thus enabling an open trajectory for the tension to work its way through along the facial plane and creating a release of tension. This can be incredibly empowering, as it enables you to reclaim your own body from the inside out. Now the area can be utilized more to its full capacity, and doing so will enable the tension to relax out naturally. And bodywork along the area will also be considerably more effective. This works also helps to demonstrate how the muscles do not function in isolation, but along tendinomuscular channels that correspond to the meridian system. This is why they are called Sinew Meridians in Chinese medicine.

Stone Medicine offers a vast array of possibility. A combination of palmstones held in the hands can empower the freeing of blockages, can nurture deficiencies, and can work on the psychoemotional level to calm the nerves or metabolize troubling thoughts. Resting the head on a cold jade pillow, feeling it both relax and expand. A hot jade filled hara pillow to nourish the lower elixir field. Massage with a stone to draw yin and fluids to areas of ischemia and hypertension, or to break up stagnation in the blood. To relieve and ah shi point. Or to nourish the spirit. The possibilities are endless.
Never forcing anything. Using Qi before Strength. People feel touched by this work, as it validates one's own path of self-healing.
